Years of playing to filled-to-
capacity crowds in the music clubs in and around New Orleans' famed
French Quarter has given Waylon Thibodeaux the opportunity to
perform his enticing, crowd-pleasing style of really great Louisiana
music for thousands. Now for an added treat Waylon has developed a
band that has a sound that not only reflects a more contemporary form
of Cajun music, but one that appeals to a broader audience of music
lovers. Playing often at the Tropical Isle on Bourbon Street you can
meet them all and enjoy a wonderful evening. Timmy playing the
washboard on his own chest and the chests of many thrilled young
ladies is fun and very talented. His broad smile and mischievous grin
welcome one and all. Sammy, on the other hand, is multitalented and shy
while just as friendly and welcoming. We feel happy and at home here
and hope you will too.
