Fried Oysters
Serves: 6
3 dozen oysters
2 cups olive oil
1 cup yellow corn meal
salt and pepper
Heat oil in cast iron skillet till it just starts to smoke a little,
wash and pat dry the oysters. Roll oysters in corn meal and drop one by
one into hot oil, cook until golden brown and crispy. serve with hot
sauce or catsup.
